Who Web Prophets supported 2013/2014
Since the very start in 1999, Web Prophets has been committed to supporting its local community.
In the 2013/14 year we formalised this support by offering a 25% discount to all of our NFP customers on any of our services. The support we have offered has included services in website design & development, hosting, technical support / systems administration and Etools emarketing services.
This year just like every other year we supported two organsiations in particular -
BARC - we built an entire website and ecommerce system for Bali Adoption and Rehabilitation Centre. This helped BARC out; but also helped Web Prophets staff learn the Commerce platform for Drupal. We look forward to the imminent launch of this new website.
St Kilda Mums - in late 2013 Web Prophets took over the email, website hosting and systems administration for St Kilda Mums. St Kilda Mums helps out the poorest families throughout Melbourne providing clothing and nursery items through their network of maternal and childcare nurses and local social service agencies. To date this volunteer based organisation has rehomed a staggering 19,465 items in just 5 years of operation.
It is with immense pride that as we near the end of the financial year that we can announce that the organisations below have shared in just over $55,000 worth of support from Web Prophets this financial year.
We could not have achieved this level of support without all of our fantastic customers who utilise our services during the year; so we would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for being part of our community and helping us to help those who need it the most.
